We global Muslim scholars, in the presence of Afghan civil society and other participants endorse the following declaration. We endorse this declaration on the basis of the outcomes of the first, second and third conferences for Islamic Cooperation for a Future Peaceful Afghanistan. In making our rulings, we pay serious attention to the suffering, pain and devastation imposed by war and conflicts on the people of Afghanistan in order to state that helping the people of Afghanistan to end violence is a religious and cultural responsibility of all Muslim across the globe, particularly Muslim scholars. From this position, we feel obligated to stand with the people of Afghanistan in support of peace and prosperity in their homeland.
